Childhood Take Two

While I built my fair share of forts as a child, indoors and out, there was rarely a soul around to share them with. After all, I did grow up on the side of a mountain, instead of a suburban neighborhood. Last night...that all changed.

I got invited to Maxwell's Super Hero Party.

Welcome to the Fort...

Hut 10 has been transformed into a super awesome fort!

Beu...up to his usual shenanigans...

Melson...staticized.

Yes. I ♥ thermometers.

A COOKIE CAKE! Served by Amy the Racoon, with a knife...

Isn't isn't a fort party until there's a pizza tower and cookie cake.

Essentials: Salt & Vinegar chips, check. Dr. Pepper, check. Gingerale, check. Pretzels, check. Tostinos, check. Butter, check. Pizza tower, check.

Cookie cake, double check.

The secret pee pee dance, which must be performed with Danger Beu's blessing in order to gain access to the fort.

Racoons wear tie-dye...thought you ought to know.

Mmmmmmmm...cookies are to Ailise as crack is to ______.

Classic Danger Beu. Static, Dr. Pepper, Vacant Stare.

Ailise pays homage to King Maxwell.

Melson tries to blind me with the fort shield.

Ailise tries to disappear.

Danger Beu and Amy realize that Ailise's invisibility powers are dimmed by her cookie intake.

Melson is melting...melting!

Danger Beu lurks...waiting for a victim!

Along comes the Racoon.

Melson goes for the smelly markers.

Ailise goes demonic on a mini-pizza.

Sarah and the Kite-Eating Tree Monster!!!

FORT!

Cookie overdose takes out super hero gang,
one by one they fall into a cookie coma.

Super Herwoh Thermometer Gang.
