My NEW Job in Antarctica

Despite my stellar skills in 136 Plumbing and UT Supply as an awesome "go-get-it-girl", my time there was short lived. I've been transferred over to 121 Electrical Supply. And while I'm doing similar job duties, somehow, I find electrical parts much more interesting than plumbing parts.

Here is where I work now:

The 121 Electrical Supply Desk.

Our desk toys - one of the more fabulous qualities of Antarctic work centers - in lieu of their bland warehouse nature, they are well decorated. One might even go as far to say they have their own personalities.

Me workin'.

The lift - we use this to haul up crates of electrical supplies
(connectors, elbows, batteries, etc.) and it's hell-a fun to operate.

The super exciting warehouse! Woot!

Break time - Rocky, Bamma and Kirk.

Our couch is a comfortable spot for the weary to rest their eyeballs during break, as Kirk and James are doing here.

Theodore the shop kitty-cat. He sleeps a lot, but once in awhile you can see his tummy moving up and down 'cause he's sleeping so soundly (thanks to modern electronics).

Another break-time activity: hula-hopping! Freakin' Sweet!

My coworker and the general source of sanity in the workplace - Bamma. And yes, that is her actual name, because she's awesome.
